Specify a grade for each relevant component
Stainless steel is a material description that needs a configuration-specific scope. Ask the proposed specification to identify the grade for the display surface, cabinet components and any parts in contact with the intended product or water. Do not assume every component uses the same grade because one source description mentions 304. Where no grade is provided for a selected reference, retain Confirm per project.
Provide the project's use and cleaning conditions
Describe the intended seafood display, wet-area arrangement and cleaning requirements for material review. Include the relevant water conditions for live holding and the actual counter application. Material selection is part of the project specification, not a universal only-choice claim. Ask for the proposed grade and finish to be documented without copying an unsupported specification from another product.
Keep reference configurations separate
The supplied product range includes different finishes, glass specifications and material descriptions across tank, counter and refrigeration families. A material stated on a legacy ice-table page is not automatically the material of a custom wood-grain ice table or an upright cabinet. Request the selected model's component schedule and drawing before approving the order.
Confirm finishes, joints and service scope
Show the surfaces and finish requirements that matter to your project, along with drainage and access. Ask which components, covers and supporting refrigeration are included. The approved specification should distinguish material grade from exterior appearance. A render or reference photo does not establish a material certificate or certification mark.
Include material requirements in the RFQ
Send the application, dimensions, destination market and requested grade or finish where known. If you require specific material documentation, list it so its availability can be checked for the proposed configuration. Review the agreed component scope and drawing before production. No unverified compliance badge or absolute claim about the suitability of one grade is presented here.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Is SUS304 the only possible material?
This page does not make that absolute claim. Specify the intended application and confirm the proposed component materials for the project.
Does a 304 description cover every part?
Only the documented specification defines the component scope. Ask which parts use the stated grade.
Can I identify material grade from a photo?
No. Request the selected model's specification and any documentation you require.
What should I specify if the grade is unknown?
State the operating and cleaning requirements and use Confirm per project until the proposed material scope is documented.
