Shipping Policy
Review the delivery scope and the schedule applicable to your order.
International Delivery
We arrange worldwide sea freight or air cargo with logistics partners. FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP terms are available; confirm the agreed scope in your quotation.
Lead Times
Stock items ship within 7 business days; standard production takes 15–25 business days. Custom or bulk schedules are provided during quotation. Lead times start after deposit receipt and final technical drawing approval.
Export Packaging
Equipment is packed in heavy-duty export plywood crates with reinforced corners.
Receiving Inspection
Inspect packaging before signing. Record visible damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 48 hours for insurance-claim assistance.
Customs & Duties
For non-DDP orders, the buyer handles import duties, taxes and customs clearance. We provide necessary clearance documentation, including CO, Form E and CIQ where required.
Agreed Order Scope
