Terms & Conditions
Quotation and order conditions for commercial equipment supply.
Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. An order is confirmed after receipt of the deposit and a signed Proforma Invoice.
Payment
Usual terms are a 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the Bill of Lading copy. Quotations use USD unless specified otherwise. The buyer pays bank and intermediary transfer charges.
Limited Warranty
The published warranty is 12 months or 24 months from shipment; confirm the applicable period in the order. It covers manufacturing defects and core components, including compressors and controllers. Consumables, such as light bulbs, and damage from improper installation or operation are excluded.
Spare Parts
For international orders, we typically supply 1% free spare parts with the container for maintenance. Confirm the parts scope in the quotation.
Order-specific Terms
Specific terms stated in the final quotation / sales contract prevail where applicable.
