Refund Policy
Check specifications before approval and contact us promptly about an order issue.
Cancellation
Standard-product cancellation is accepted within 48 hours of deposit payment; later refunds may deduct production costs. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Non-quality Returns
We generally do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality, including a change of mind or wrong size. Check dimensions and specifications with us before approval.
Functional Defects
Report major functional defects within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos/videos and the serial-number plate. After verification, we may at our discretion provide free replacement parts with express air shipping, a future-order discount/credit, or a partial refund where local repair is possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds use the original payment method, T/T or credit card, within 10–15 business days. Bank fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
