Enquiry Information
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, country/region, optional phone, project requirements and an optional project file or drawing link. It does not accept direct file uploads. Include only information needed to review your project and avoid sensitive personal data.
Current Online Form
When online sending is available and you submit an enquiry, your brief and optional project file link are sent to our company email through an email service. This website forwards the link as text without downloading or scanning its contents. The sharing service controls that file's access and expiry. The form shows success only after the email service accepts the email. You may also send project files directly by email or WhatsApp after submitting your enquiry.
Use of Information & Service Providers
We use enquiries to review requirements and respond, prepare quotations and follow up on the requested project. Our email service processes the submitted brief and optional file link for delivery to our company. Hosting, security and email providers may process information needed to operate and protect their services. Linked files remain with the sharing service and are not stored or published by this website.
Retention & Sharing
We keep received enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize information no longer needed. We do not sell personal data. We share relevant information only with service providers or personnel needed to handle the enquiry, or where required by law.
International Enquiries
We are based in China and receive enquiries from other countries. Information sent directly or through a future configured provider may be handled in China and in countries where the relevant providers operate. This policy does not claim any privacy certification.
Privacy Requests
Use the confirmed company email below to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about handling of an attachment. Identify the enquiry sufficiently for us to locate it; we may ask for information needed to verify the request.
Tracking
This project does not include analytics, advertising tracking or a marketing-consent checkbox. Provider details and this policy should be reviewed when hosting or enquiry delivery changes.
